Refund Policy Overview

Employer Charges: Employers are charged Rs. 100 per job opening posted on our platform.
Candidate Charges: Candidates are charged Rs. 100 for each job application submitted through our platform.

Refund Criteria

Employers:

  • If you mistakenly paid for a job opening posting and no job has been posted, a refund may be processed within 2 days of the transaction date.
  • Refund requests will not be considered once a job opening has been posted and candidates have applied for the job.
  • If there was an error on our platform that led to a double charge or incorrect posting, we will process a full refund within 14 business days.

Candidates:

  • If you paid for a job application and the employer has already closed or removed the job posting, you will be eligible for a refund if requested within 2 days of payment.
  • Refunds will not be issued for unsuccessful job applications or if the job posting is still live and the employer decides to not proceed with your application.
  • If there was an error in processing your payment or job application, we will process a refund within 7 business days of the issue being reported.

How to request a refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at info.mahamanpowerllp@gmail.com with your transaction details, including the payment reference number, and reason for the refund request.
Refund Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the nature of the request and verification of the issue.
